'''Nodes''' are equippable items in [[Master X Master]]. These items provide useful passive bonuses to [[Masters]], such as bonus damage or additional movement speed. Nodes are split into three categories: *'''Offensive''': This type of nodes affect a Master's auto-attacks: increasing ''weapon damage'', granting higher ''critical strike chance'', etc. *'''Defensive''': This type of nodes affect a Master's survivability: increasing their raw ''defenses, ''health pool'', ''stamina regeneration'', etc. *'''Auxiliary''': This type of nodes affect other aspects of a Master: increasing ''skill damage'', ''resource regeneration'', ''movement speed'', decreasing ''tag cooldown'', etc. There are a total of 5 tiers of nodes, identified by the color of their icon borders and node name: {{Rarity|common}}, {{Rarity|standard}}, {{Rarity|superior}}, {{Rarity|rare}} and {{Rarity|legendary}}. Nodes are obtained by completing [[Stages]], purchased using {{BFM}} [[Battlefield Medals]] in the Medal Exchange, or purchased with {{Gold}} [[Gold]] from the Node Merchants located around the Dredgion. == Node Pages == Nodes must be equipped into '''Node Pages''' to be used. Each individual Node Page has space for six different Nodes. Each player starts with 2 node pages, and more can be unlocked with {{Gold}} Gold or {{X-Coin}} [[X-Coin]]. A node can be equipped in only one node page at a time, but it can be freely removed in order to equip a different node, or to move it to another node page. Players are also able to equip multiple of the same Node in a single Node Page. All of the node pages a player owns are shared between all of their Masters.
